有家長反應接到自稱教育人員要到家中指導小孩進行線上教學等等電話；還有家長說不只是電話，是上門來要求入內。如果爸爸媽媽去上班只有小孩自己在家的，聽到要解決線上教學的搞不好就開門了。 請各校向家長及學生宣導：教育局並沒有這種服務，不會派人到家裡去，接到此種電話請不要理會，且不能讓陌生人進入家裡。
